Stock levels, product photos, prices, discount codes, and shipping rules are all editable by you. Orders arrive with a printable packing slip and a shipping label flow for PostNL, DHL, or your carrier of choice.
On a hosted platform your monthly fee, transaction percentage, and app subscriptions grow with your revenue, and your storefront lives inside someone else's system. Here you own the code, the database, and the customer relationships. Hosting on a European server typically costs a modest fixed amount per month, and nothing takes a percentage of your turnover.
Correct BTW/VAT handling, clear pricing including tax, a legally-required 14-day right-of-withdrawal notice, cookie consent that meets European rules, and a privacy policy written for your actual data use.
